Luxoar Transportation provides private transportation services, including but not limited to airport transfers, point-to-point rides, and hourly or event-based bookings. Availability, vehicle type, and pricing are subject to change and confirmation at the time of booking.
2. Bookings and Reservations
- Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or by email.
- A booking is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation from us (email, SMS, or verbal confirmation).
- You are responsible for providing accurate pickup/drop-off addresses, contact details, flight numbers (if applicable), and passenger counts. We are not liable for delays or issues caused by inaccurate information you provide.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, abuse, or unsafe circumstances.
3. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in advance and may include base fare, distance/time charges, tolls, taxes, gratuities, and any applicable fees (e.g., waiting time, extra stops, meet-and-greet).
- Payment is due at the time of booking or at the end of the trip, depending on the payment method selected.
- We accept the payment methods listed on our website. Payment processing is handled securely by a third-party payment processor.
- Prices are subject to change without notice for future bookings, but confirmed bookings will honor the price agreed at confirmation, absent changes requested by the customer (e.g., extra stops, additional wait time).
4. Cancellations and Refunds

- For airport pickups, a grace period is provided to account for flight delays or deplaning time; additional waiting time beyond this may incur extra charges.
- For non-airport pickups, a standard grace period applies before waiting fees begin.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other events outside our reasonable control, though we will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any expected delays.
6. Passenger Conduct and Vehicle Use
- Passengers must behave in a respectful and safe manner. We reserve the right to end a trip without a refund if a passenger’s conduct is abusive, illegal, or endangers the driver or others.
- Smoking is not permitted in our vehicles.
- Passengers are responsible for their own belongings; we are not liable for items left in the vehicle, though we will make reasonable efforts to return lost items if found.
- Any damage to the vehicle caused by a passenger (e.g., stains, breakage) may result in an additional cleaning or damage fee.
7. Liability
- We carry appropriate insurance for our vehicles and drivers as required by law.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including missed flights, meetings, or events, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
